What we love
Privately positioned to the rear, yet still perched just footsteps away from the glorious surf and sand at beautiful North Beach, this quality-built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home enjoys the best of both worlds, offering a sense of both class and comfort on the coast. A spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the focal point of the layout and seamlessly extends outside to an intimate entertaining alfresco with 2 x ceiling fans and air conditioning, built-in stone kitchen (with a range hood, cooking plate, under-bench Miele oven, sink and storage) and a security roller shutter for not only peace of mind, but protection from the elements, too. It all so splendidly overlooks a shimmering lap pool, whilst currently taking full advantage of a sublime ocean snapshot that is there to be absorbed for the time being, along with the magical evening sunsets that come with it.
Back inside, the kitchen itself is luxuriously finished with sparkling stone bench tops and splashbacks, stylish pendant light fittings, a multi-person breakfast bar, a range hood, gas cooktop, an under-bench Miele oven, double sinks, an integrated dishwasher and more. A massive master suite is the obvious pick of the bedrooms with its separate “his and hers” walk-in wardrobes, a striking recessed ceiling with a central fan and a sumptuous fully-tiled ensuite bathroom – bubbling spa bath, separate walk-in ceiling-mounted rain shower, twin stone vanities, separate toilet and all. The wildcard in the floor plan is a versatile upstairs loft or storage attic that can easily be utilised as either a home office or teenager’s retreat – complete with split-system air-conditioning and feature skylights for natural illumination.
What to know
The fully-tiled second bathroom plays host to a walk-in shower and a sleek stone vanity, whilst a highly-functional laundry is well-equipped with floor-to-ceiling tiling, a broom cupboard, heaps of additional cupboard/storage space and external access for drying. Extras include a wide feature entry door, gleaming wooden floorboards, ducted air-conditioning, a feature fireplace to the living area, a security-alarm system, ceiling fans, mirrored built-in robes, built-in hallway linen storage, internal profile doors, Clipsal Satin Series light switches, quality blind fittings, white plantation window shutters, down lights, feature skirting boards, low-maintenance gardens and a secure double lock-up garage – with internal shopper’s entry.
Hop, skip or jump to the vibrant Flora Terrace café and restaurant strip around the corner, as well as the majestic trails of the gorgeous "Class A" Star Swamp Bushland Reserve at the top of the street. Embrace the convenience of having bus stops, North Beach Shopping Centre and North Beach Primary School all within arm’s reach, while Our Lady of Grace Primary School and the sprawling Charles Riley Memorial Reserve playing fields beckon within a handy radius. Furthermore, seaside picnics at Trigg Point, rounds of golf at public and private courses and indulgent shopping trips at the newly-completed Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment are all within mere minutes of your doorstep. Easy access to the freeway and other top educational facilities, as well as the allure of nearby Hillarys Boat Harbour and the new Hillarys Beach Club are simply added bonuses. The best of the coast awaits you here, from within these very walls.

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.
Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
