THE HOME

Floor-to-ceiling west-facing windows pack a punch, but this genius 3 x 2 offers much more than sprawling ocean views. They say the devil is in the details, and it's the little things that set this home apart. From touchless taps and automatic lights to a food muncher and automatic skylight shutters, this home was built to make life easy! And you won't have to worry about finding parking on the coast. Just 100m from the sands of North Beach and a two minutes' walk to Flora Terrace shops, everything you need to live your coastal dream is right within walking distance.

Warm Blackbutt timber floors, high ceilings, and a calming palette greet you like a familial embrace while the living area just begs to be filled with family and friends. Wine and dine to the backdrop of the waves framed by a 13ml toughened glass wall. And what better way to spend a chilly winter's night than by closing the electric blinds and snuggling up with a hot chocolate in front of the fireplace?

Make the most of our amazing Perth weather and extend your living outdoors. The alfresco kitchen, with a Miele teppanyaki plate and oven and touchless tap, makes entertaining effortless. When you're finished eating, swimming in the below-ground lap pool, and enjoying the views of the beautiful North Beach, washing up is easy with two separate dishwashers in the kitchen and a food muncher in the sink!

There are simply too many extras to list! This seaside sanctuary strikes the perfect balance between homely atmosphere and luxury living. Settle down in paradise and never look back!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
