Nestled directly opposite the sprawling Yellagonga Regional Park reserve lies this charming 3 bedroom 1 bathroom (2 toilets) brick-and-tile duplex half that is as solid as they come and combines contemporary character with living convenience in a delightful location.
Welcoming you inside is a warm and cosy front lounge room that allows you to enjoy a lovely parkland view while you sit and relax. Flowing out to the rear is a separate open-plan kitchen and dining area that boasts split-system air-conditioning, heaps of room for sitting and quiet contemplation, sparkling stone bench tops and more.
