Potential - noun: "latent qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to future success or usefulness"
The potential here is almost limitless!
This house needs work, but the set up is amazing and with a bit of time spent you could bring this 1960's family home back to its former glory!
But there are a LOT of other options too. You see, with R25/60 zoning you will be weighing up all the different money making options, and the only tricky part is choosing which exciting pathway to take!
Some of the options are:
Option 1: Enjoy renovating this property and enjoy the sensational outdoors entertaining spaces, epic shed with side access and maybe even get the massive pool up and running again
Option 2: similar to option 1, fix the house but then subdivide a nice big rear block too!
Option 3: if you want to refresh and start over you could knock the house down and simply have 2 long street frontage blocks.
Option 4: Knock it over and make MANY blocks. We've depicted 4 in the diagram to match the work happening next door but technically you can make 6 new blocks here, perfect for townhouses. (you will need approval of course)
Option 5: Build a set of 3 storey apartments. I mean, it may be too soon to do this in Forrestfield just yet - but you can - and when the time is right maybe you will?
Come and check it out!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
