Being in the middle of town with dual road access is just part of what's on offer here. Throw in a large tidy north facing 5x1 home on a generous 1034sqm block and you start to have the makings of a great investment. Quintessentially Denmark the home has the warmth of timber everywhere from the extensive Jarrah floorboards to the local timber crafted kitchen just adds to the appeal. Downstairs there is 4 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and laundry. The extensive living room enjoys a north facing wall of glass which opens out and onto the decking with views over the front yard. Upstairs is another very large bedroom or studio/office, take your pick. Outside the house is conveniently placed to one corner of the block and that with the R20 zoning makes it open to sub division potential (STCA). The balance of the block is home to a powered garage/workshop and timber garden shed and some beautiful gardens. Best of all you won't need the car keys as you can walk everywhere from here. Denmark overview

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.

Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
