Representing one of the finest homes in Denmark, this thoughtfully designed home is an absolute pleasure to present to the market. No expense was spared in both the design and building process, with the quality on offer here unparalleled.
Situated on a beautifully landscaped 2,939 sqm block, the property is just a few short minutes drive from town, and enjoys a great view of Wilson Inlet.
The home was built in 2015 and presents in as new condition, apart from its lush and well established surrounds. It's solar passive design gives the sense of enormous space inside the home, which impresses from any angle.
Upon entry, the huge kitchen, living and dining area will undoubtedly impress. While the main bedroom feels more like a plush hotel room, complete with a stunning ensuite with freestanding bath, large walk-in robe and dressing area. Three other bedrooms, plus either an office/hobby or spare bedroom are all generous in size.
Outdoor entertaining areas both front and rear give even more space to this large family home. Craftsmanship and quality are displayed throughout the property, with a list of features far too numerous to mention, but quite obvious upon an inspection.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
