Without a doubt you're going to need to move quickly to lock this in! This location is absolutely sensational, and if you're looking to get everywhere quickly but still feel like you're away from the hustle-bustle of modern life then this is second to none.
INSIDE
Are you a "give me a list" kind of person? Well, if you are scroll down. If you're a "tell me the story" type, then read on!
Living is so comfortable in this very well considered floor plan, with the central living area a real highlight of the design. The Kitchen is at the heart of it all, with stone benchtops, double under-mount sinks, tiled splashback, overhead cupboards, and 900mm appliances. The breakfast bar design allows for this to be a living area itself and is sure to see the busy family have plenty of time together. The pantry is one to behold; it's so big that it's almost another room. You'll be able to keep the supplies at maximum capacity and still have space for storing those obscure spices you used once and have now rolled a few years past the best before. You've got space, so use it!
The tiled living area functions as whatever you need it to be. Combining meals, family room, TV area, play space, games room. It's versatile! The theatre room has high-quality, plush carpet so you'll probably keep that one for the big screen action. You're not short of other space so let it be!
The master bedroom is huge and boasts a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite bathroom complete with a large shower, frameless screens and mirrors, a separate toilet and double vanity basins. It's a huge room and a retreat from the busyness of the rest of the home.
The secondary bedrooms are very spacious and feature built-in-robes. There's plenty of room for the modern kid with all their stuff. The main bathroom is between these three rooms.
OUTSIDE
At the rear, a large outdoor alfresco-entertaining area off the main living zone overlooks the most easy-care of backyards. The lawn is in, there are garden beds too, it's just waiting for you to add some colour and make the most of what's on offer.
WHERE IT IS
If you've got places to go, then going places from this place is a breeze! It's just a short drive to Tonkin highway, which carries you quickly to the Airport, and beyond. It offers quick access to Albany Highway too, so whichever direction you're heading you're on your way fast… yet it's a very slow pace in this beautiful Estate. You've got a park over the street, nature reserves and riverside walk trails in easy reach. Up the hill is Roleystone, as well as some beautiful parks and trails. It's a marvellous position!
Shopping centres and all the needs of modern life are not far away either and you're in easy reach of medical centres, restaurants, cafes and more.
If you're off to work and the kids are off to school it's an easy, short walk to Lumen Christi College.

Martin is a rural and rural-residential southeast suburb of Perth within the municipality of the City of Gosnells. The suburbs population was scarce until the 1970s and has only fluctuated mildly between 1991 and 2011. Martin's settlement dates back to the mid-1800s with the land predominantly used for orcharding, market gardening and quarrying.
Largely untouched by urbanisation, Martin stretches from the banks of Canning River into the foothills with parts of the suburb relatively close to the Gosnells town site. There is plenty of public open space to explore with the Korung National Park, Banyowla Regional Park, Ellis Brook Valley Reserve, Quarry Park, Wrights Brook Region Open Space and Cohunu Koala Park. There is one school in the area which is Lumen Christi College.
