Even on a dull Denmark day, the views from this block are just stunning. Arguably the most elevated and desirable block in Walnut Grove. From this 3169sqm lot, the grandstand views put on a daily display of an ever-changing vista from the Porongurups to the east across to the Wilson Inlet, Nullaki and the Southern Ocean.
The block backs onto a pretty karri forest on the WSW affording protection from the prevailing weather. Also the land consists of beautiful karri loam soils and is pretty level, for Denmark anyway.
Power and water are to the boundary for convenient connection.
So if you desire the most stunning piece of land around then come and stand on this lot and be blown away and call Brett on 0439100439 to make it yours.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
