Views Galore - A View In Every Direction

Now here's a challenge for you! Find a property along WA's coastline with better views and a better outlook than this one. And, to top it off, you get two homes on the one block!

They don't call this DOUBLE VIEW TERRACE, for nothing! Look south and see all the way to the Tower in the middle of the Bunbury CBD or look north and see all the way to Myalup. And if you ever get bored of watching the deep blue sparkle in the sunlight, storm clouds roll in across the water or ships heading to and from the Bunbury Port, you could always look south/east where you can see right across Binningup, all the way to the Darling Scarp.

This two storey home has been uniquely designed to take absolute advantage of its marvelous location. Strong vantage points are everywhere and there are numerous balconies around the house. The cottage also enjoys great views and a large amount of privacy from the main residence.

The main residence features:
• Welcoming entry into the downstairs area where you will find an open lounge area with its own kitchenette & porthole window. This would also make a perfect games room with bar area.
• The third bedroom and a large study or 4th bedroom also occupy this level. White plantation shutters give a relaxed coastal feel to this level of the home.
• Solid timber has been used extensively throughout the home. Warm jarrah floors, architraves and skirtings plus exposed timber beams and a variety of features and trim add to the high quality finish.
• A clever bathroom design allows this area to function like a powder room for guests which is located adjacent to a generous laundry.
• Head up the magnificent Jarrah staircase and you will arrive on the upstairs landing, an impressive entrance to the upper level of the home which is flooded with natural light from the majestic high windows.
• The kitchen is the heart of the home. Separated from the living areas, it is easy to imagine the kitchen as a point of congregation and the large island bench provides a perfect spot for casual dining. Large windows capture the view of the rising sun over the Darling Scarp. Features here include extensive storage space, stainless steel wall oven, rangehood, cooktop, appliance cupboard and sliding door to the adjacent outdoor deck.
• There is a separate dining room and large north facing lounge which enjoy ocean views to the north – slip out onto the verandah where you overlook reserve and can see the waves crashing onto the shore. There is a smaller lounge off the other end of the kitchen, with RC air con, perfect for reading the paper and watching the boats coming and going in the distance from the Bunbury Port.
• Also located on the second floor is the spacious master suite, which has been designed with space and functionality – you can even slip onto the deck from a sliding door. Finished with plush carpet you also have the convenience of a RC air conditioner and ceiling fan. There is a large walk through robe which leads into the ensuite with shower and spa bath. Another door leads to the powder room area with separate toilet.
• The second bedroom is also on this level, with a built in robe and ocean views all the way to Bunbury.

The cottage is located on the south side of the main house and features:
• A generous open planned living area which has ocean views to the south. Encompassing a good sized kitchen at one end, there is plenty of room for dining and lounge areas. Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
