You will be in absolute awe of the stunning 180-degree panoramic views that await you here on the top floor of a securely-gated complex where this "renovator's delight" of a light-filled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment so impressively lies.
Add your own personal modern touches to complement a mesmerising vista of Crown Towers at Burswood, our picturesque Swan River, the world-class Optus Stadium on the waterfront, Belmont Racecourse, iconic Perth city skyscrapers and tree-lined inland surrounds. A private balcony at the rear affords you the best vantage point of all, but the outlook from within a welcoming open-plan living and dining area shouldn't be underestimated, either.
Low-maintenance timber-look flooring meets tiled kitchen splashbacks and a gas-upright cooker, as well as over-head and under-bench storage in the corner. Both bedrooms are carpeted for comfort and allow you to wake up to the same spectacular views - even the larger master.
A combined bathroom-come-laundry boasts a shower, wash trough, separate toilet and plenty of potential to be converted into the wet area of your dreams. Downstairs, you will find an allocated single parking bay and a shimmering complex swimming pool that all residents and their guests can utilise - both beyond the privacy and security of a remote-controlled access gate out front. Throw in plenty of visitor-parking options to add to the appeal.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
