The current tenants would love to stay but are ready to make way for a home buyer if that's you. Set on a 688 square meter corner block the property is ready to go. The living areas are spacious, and the kitchen offers plenty of work space too. The bedrooms are all of a good size and, this is one very neat and tidy package.
The backyard is easy to look after, and there's plenty of space to enjoy. But it's also on an R25/40 zoned block so there is some real subdivision potential here. Check with the City of Armadale for more information but if you are planning to develop this has got to be one of the most outstanding locations to do it. Its right opposite the beautifully maintained Rushton Park there is no need for a car cause you can walk to the shops, walk around the park, walk to the gym, walk to the deli, walk to public transport and if you've lost weight from all that weight from walking you can even walk to Baskin-Robbins shop. It's such a walkable location.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
