PHENOMENAL HOME!

The owners really don't want to leave, they absolutely love this home and have spent a lot of time and money making it perfect. If it wasn't for their family all heading to Queensland, they'd 100% be staying put right here, for years to come, but unfortunately family comes first and they're on their way East as well, which means you now have a MASSIVE OPPORTUNITY!!

Number 73 Fruit Tree Crescent is a spacious home in one of Forrestfield's most loved estates, affectionately called "The Fruit Bowl" by the locals. The estate is made even better now that it seamlessly blends into the brand new Hales Estate too, making this already lovely neighbourhood at least twice as good as it was before!

This home is not only spacious, but is also PACKED with extras, including:
• A gorgeous below ground pool with fountain
• A heated spa in the pool area (so you can do the super healthy hot/cold plunge thing)
• Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning
• Spacious kitchen with near new oven
• Solar panels
• Security alarm
• Through access from the double garage into the expansive backyard patio area.

The two rear bedrooms, both with pool views, also share a little kids retreat lounge area or study, depending on your lifestyle.
The master bedroom is HUGE too and the home has a combined total of 3 internal living areas not even counting the dining area!

This home is sweet-as, and as mentioned before wouldn't even be for sale if the owners weren't being pulled by family ties to the Eastern States.

This is a brilliant opportunity to jump in to the Forrestfield market with style!

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
