Resting quietly in a peaceful street, 72A Fitzgerald Way, Australind, is a home you are just going to have to view to see all it has to offer.
The limestone retaining and steps, give you an almost flat block, with the most amazing estuary views… The front yard, which is usually such a wasted space holds the below ground salt water pool with its inviting crystal blue water… Such a treat on these hot summer days…. And so much space surrounding it, paved and easy care, with stunning rose gardens and a specific variety planted that don't loose there petals!

Walk up to the front verandah, another great space to have your evening sip, as you watch the most amazing sunsets the southwest has to offer.
The inviting entrance leads you off to the lounge to the right, with big window framed with quality curtains, looking out over the front yard, and yes that sweet spot in the corner looking directly down the street at the estuary. The dining room rests in the far north west corner, so lots of light even in winter and yes views too!

Wait until you see the freshly renovated kitchen with a wall of overhead cupboards adding so much extra storage, ample bench space, breakfast hutch and then loads of cupboards as well. With new induction hotplate, built in rangehood and pyrolytic under bench oven, and even the bonus of plumbed fridge recess.

Next, the laundry has also been renovated, in fact in the same classic tones of the kitchen with a full timber bench.
The bathroom is a really spacious room with a large corner bath, separate shower, double vanity and easy-care floor-to-ceiling tiling.
The master bedroom lies to the left of the entrance, so yes indeed it too has a view! With a wall of built in robes, the spacious room easily holds a big King suite….
The second bedroom is currently being used as the study, so the third bedroom sitting next to the bathroom at the rear of the home makes the ideal queen-size guest bedroom!
And then a low maintenance back yard fully enclosed for the fur baby or grandkids.. All this and walking distance to shops and the estuary, check out the extra features in the list below.
Make sure you are at this week home open as this immaculate quality home, is just not going to last.
