WOW this fabulous residence has enjoyed LOVE and care and has been tastefully updated since it's origins in 1982. However, if you want more, for example the big workshop, then there is room and access for it. It would be very difficult to over-capitalise in this petite cul-de-sac coming off a No Though Road, Warlingham Drive.

With lovely LIGHT through the picture windows bouncing off the gleaming BAMBOO flooring and HIGH CEILINGS, the three spacious Living areas offer terrific ZONING for busy families.

You will LOVE the Master Retreat (Bedroom 1) which is something else again and includes an additional Sitting area (or you may choose to use it as a STUDY) where you can enjoy a private chat or refreshment while watching the birds dance in the parkland grounds.

The open plan Kitchen Meals Family zone and the GAMES/THEATRE Room offer sliding door access for your guests to spill to the Alfresco Patio for your Summer Holiday ENTERTAINING and from there it is BOCCE or FINSKA on the lawn or a splash in the POOL. An intimate chat can be enjoyed on the cute decked pavilion or I expect it may evolve into a fab cubby for lucky youngsters.

Located in the SUPER ZONE for St Brigids College, Mazenod College, Lesmurdie Primary School, Lesmurdie Senior High School AND the wonderful RAY OWEN Sporting Complex (basketball, netball, BMX and the footy and cricket clubs).

We would recommend your PROMPT ATTENTION here.

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
