This architecturally designed palatial residence has three levels and magnificent, panoramic views of the Swan River, city and golf course. With polished marble and granite finishes throughout, the home is both classic and contemporary.
Surrounded by the greenery of the fairways and trees, it offers a wonderful lifestyle, as you can cycle or walk, on a path just across the road, around the river to the city and back.
On arrival, one is greeted by an impressive, stylish and freshly painted building, with manicured hedges, easy-care lawn, double front-door and extra-large double garage, with an additional space for a third car or even a tinny or small boat, since you are just minutes from the Maylands Yacht Club and jetty.
The expansive entry leads into a spacious open plan reception room and towards the pool and decking at the rear. Three big bedrooms, the recently renovated family bathroom, laundry and drying area make up the remainder of the ground floor.
A finely designed wrought iron balustrade leads up to the next level, which looks out across the golf course to the river and contains the open-plan kitchen, dining and family room and a large balcony, as well as a master bedroom, powder room and a 5th bedroom or study. The whole area is full of light and there are an abundance of places to sit, relax and just enjoy the view.
The kitchen is the centre of the house and is beautifully designed with a feature curved granite bench and heaps of cupboard space as well as all modern conveniences. The built-in cabinetry is repeated consistently throughout the entire area, as well as the master bedroom and the upper-floor which creates a feeling of uniformity and continuity of quality.
The spacious master suite features a superb curved window and balcony with another sensational view and feels like a resort with its amazing marble ensuite bathroom and walk-in-robe.
This gorgeous home is one of very few properties in the area to boast a third storey and the upper level is the “piece de resistance”, offering a large, beautifully designed entertaining room with balcony and terrace which provide stunning river and city views from every aspect. The architecture is inspired and with built in cabinetry, sink and fridges, it is guaranteed to be the venue for many a roof-top party and barbecue.
Close to Maylands Yacht Club and a stroll to the Mount Lawley Café strip and East Perth, the entertainment options of Optus Stadium, Crown Casino and Belmont Park Racecourse are all just across the bridge.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
