A HOME WITH A LOT TO LOVE

Something a little different and with a lot to love is what comes to mind with this beautifully renovated and rendered 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom brick home on a big 792m2 nicely elevated spacious corner block directly opposite state owned bushland and within walking distance to the estuary and with schools and shopping centre just around the corner.
The original 1969 built well maintained and spacious residence has been renovated and added onto with a stunning 124m2 renovation that gives the property a whole new lease of life.
Features of the property include a huge Essa stone benchtop kitchen with tons of bench and cupboard space that is the central hub of the home and overlooks the r/c air con family/main living area which has all been done with magnificent Redgum wood flooring.
There is also a large separate front reverse cycle air conditioned lounge room and another separate large room that has its own outside access to an attractive patio/wooden deck area, that could be used as a 4th bedroom or home theatre or games room.
The master bedroom is also large with a beautifully done ensuite bathroom and separate toilet that was all part of the major addition.
The home is quality inside and out and features beautifully crafted outdoor wooden decking that runs on 2 sides of the home which has some great spots to sit and admire the private views of the bushland and shady treed front yard and garden which is all fully auto reticulated off the bore. There is also a large private paved undercover patio area to the rear of the home that overlooks a private backyard with lots of fruit trees too numerous to mention but includes peach, nectarine, apricot, bananas, apple and grapes and there are even pumpkins in the front yard and 12 solar panels on the roof.
Great extra high parking is available for people who have a motorhome, caravan or large boat as there is remote double garage undercover access with the 2nd remote separate garage door being a whopping 13 foot high.
The handyman hasn’t been forgotten either with an oversized powered garden shed with concrete floor off the backyard patio area as well as a 10m long x 3m wide approx. powered shed with front roller door access from the front yard and PA door access from the backyard.
This home has many more features including a 3rd shower off the laundry, but too numerous to mention here and a few extra little bonuses that the new owner will inherit if they want. Very private setting.
