This is simply superb hills living. What a place to be! Set on a quiet cul-de-sac street, we've got 1012 sqm of land. That's right, the classic quarter-acre block!
LIVING HERE
This floor plan is brilliant. There's a fully detailed design plan in the photo reel, but being here in person, you'll see even more of just how functional this space really is. The kitchen is right at the heart of everything and we've got great space to work with in here. The breakfast bar design is ideal, and it really creates this inclusive atmosphere that lets you interact with everything going on around you. The lounge room at the front of the home is brilliant and offers great space for various different furniture styles. It's a bright and welcoming space. The bedrooms are of a good size, and they feature built-in robes. The main bedroom has a great ensuite bathroom and is nicely positioned at the front of the home.
Heading outside, we really step it up a level against virtually anything else on the market. The massive patio is a tremendous space for entertaining a crowd, and there's year-round functionality to all of this. The lawns, gardens and beautiful outlook down the valley to the Canning River are a truly beautiful backdrop to your entertaining area. There's a real sense of tranquillity to this whole space. The pool is an awesome feature and really is the highlight feature of this gorgeous backyard. This is a lifestyle that is so hard to find in these days of tiny blocks and side-to-side housing spanning for miles and miles where all you see is roof after roof… don't get me started. Whatever else is going on in the rest of the world, this is the place to be and land like this is not being created any more. It's an unbelievable opportunity to secure a lifestyle that will always be sought after and is getting rarer as the years go by.
WHERE IT IS
This is the great part! Jump on the map and see just how close we are to everything. It's a quiet little cul-de-sac street, but it's so easy to get around. You can walk down the road to Kelmscott Primary School, Rushton Park, great café's, public transport, shops and more. But when you're here, that all seems a world away. We're on the edge of Lloyd Hughes Park, a nature reserve that leads through to Banyowla Regional Park. The trails, trees and views are breathtaking through here and you'll be amazed by all the beauty that surrounds you.
