Regardless of the weather the views from this property are just stunning. This 4x2 home has been positioned and elevated to make the most of the grandstand views that put on a daily display of an ever-changing vista from the Porongurups to the east across to the Wilson Inlet, Nullaki and the Southern Ocean.
The home is quality built and features open plan living with tassie oak floors and plenty of glass taking advantage those views. The bedrooms were made larger from the original plans and include BIR’s plus there is an office which takes in those big views. Everything well maintained and is neat and tidy here. Generous sized elevated decking with a glasses in section to protect you from the prevailing weather affords all year entertaining. Underneath the carport/garage/storage is seriously big and will easily accommodate large 4x4’s and all the toys. There is also a lockable storage room and the fully lined studio/resource room a definite bonus.
The block is bigger than most at 4681sqm and backs onto a pretty karri forest on the WSW affording protection from the prevailing weather. Also the land consists of beautiful karri loam soils and is easy care.
So if you desire one of the most elevated homes in Walnut Grove then call me for your private viewing and be blown away.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
