Unmissable Opportunity!!!!

Almost too good to be true!

This gorgeous split level, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Denmark is on the market.

Ideal to continue on as an Airbnb, or perfect for the local lifestyle, retirement or even better to serve as a memorable holiday home to a very lucky family

This iconic house known to locals as the boat house is well laid out, with 2 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs and the other 2 downstairs. The built in cupboards in the house give you more than enough generous storage space. Both levels of the house have a living area and bathroom which allows this property to be converted into a dual key at a later stage if so required. This also allows for 2 family stays and ample privacy for visitors.

The laundry room is downstairs, but its enormous size allows for lots of possibilities down the track......a kitchen area, a gorgeous spa / jacuzzi room or a luxurious bathroom. The possibilities are there to create a luxurious holiday house or home. The kitchen is upstairs opening up into the open plan dining area and lounge, which has a log fire for warm and cosy nights. Full length windows and sliding doors allow for gorgeous views from the kitchen, dining and living areas and lead out onto a decked portico where you can spend your time relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views, including the inlet. Enjoy stargazing from the balcony and, if you are patient, you are likely to see a huge variety of birds, including fish eagles flying over the inlet.

Behind the house, the land has been left as bush. Aside from privacy, this encourages birds of all descriptions to the back garden - if waking up to birdsong is your thing, this house is for you. Being a bush block, kangaroos can also regularly be seen, feeding on the bushes and grass.

Denmark is a gorgeous eco-friendly town with all facilities (school, doctor etc) for family life - and with Albany only half an hour’s drive away, you wont miss any of your metropolitan amenities. There is so much to see in Denmark and you will only be 5 min to the town centre and a few minutes to the beach you will have lucked out with the ideal cul de sac location.

Denmark thrives as a tourist hotspot, with its natural beauty (coast and forest) and lots to do. In Denmark, you wouldn’t want to miss out on a trip to the Alpaca farm, the Reptile centre, dinosaur museum, toffee factory, many wineries, chocolate lounge or the thrilling tree top walks. There is so much for kids and adults alike to do and enjoy.

If you have not been to Denmark, then you are missing out! With properties selling quickly in this area, do not leave it too long to make your bid for this fully lock-up and leave house. Do not let this get away as you will kick yourself!!!!!

Denmark overview

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.

Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
