A house is made of walls and beams...

… a home is made of love and dreams. And this 426sqm piece of rare green titled earth is the perfect place to create yours.

Ready to reach for the stars?

It’s said that good homes are made, not bought*. And that your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love. So what better way to provide sanctuary for the ones you cherish, and express your own uniqueness, than to design and build one? In no less than an established and exclusive enclave, surrounding by premium residences. Makes it a no-brainer really. And you get to start a new Pinterest board. Winning.

Location wise - well, drive around and see for yourself. Tranquil lakes, parks, playgrounds, the Swan River, golf and sporting clubs, a boat ramp, and a walk and cycle path that takes you to Optus Stadium, the CBD and beyond. The #42 bus to and from the City is within 250m. Noggos Cafe, with their famous fried chicken & french toast doused in maple syrup, is a 550m stroll. You might need to run it off later. And did we mention the Maylands social precinct? At approx 2.5km, it’s close enough to be within a tipsy meander home after a Sunday session at Seasonal. Or Swallow. Or Henry’s. Or do the rounds. Either way, it sounds pretty bliss-filled.

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
