SUPERB LIVING IN CLIFTON HILLS

Everyone loves Clifton Hills, and they love it for a reason... Actually quite a few! It's the great Clifton Hills Primary School, it's the big, old-fashioned blocks, it's the friendly neighborhood, it's the great cafes, and it's the vibe… that's it, it's just the Clifton Hills vibe!

This home really offers the smart buyer so much to enjoy, it's close to all those good things, and it's a great place to live. The main living area and kitchen work harmoniously to create a great atmosphere for day-to-day living. There's plenty of natural light through here and the entire place just feels great. The bedrooms are all of a good size, with the master bedroom featuring a large built-in robe. The secondary bedrooms also have plenty of space and they're adjacent to the modern, renovated bathroom.

OUTSIDE
This backyard really takes the best of Clifton Hills living and makes it yours. The workshop at the back of the property is a real find and has potential drive-through access from the front. The patio offers plenty of space to entertain and overlooks the lovely established gardens. Amongst the established gardens is a whole lot of space and some beautiful fruit trees. There is a chook pen that you can take advantage of and create the same lifestyle that the current owners have enjoyed.

WHERE IT IS

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth.
