With a flexible layout, so that the study could be a formal lounge or fourth bedroom and the rear bedroom could be a second living room or games room leading out to the alfresco. The beauty of this home is its completely unique design to suit the block shape. Giving the owner options for how they like to live and maximum frontage opposite the gorgeous parklands.

The facade of this home will impress with gabled cedar lined and decked entry and unique feature wall with low maintenance gardens, giving this home a very attractive facade. The front elevation also allows for the triple garage to have increased height clearance for larger vehicles, even with roof racks. Or if you need it, the third garage space will allow plenty of room for the longest of vehicles and can also be utilised as a workshop area.

Step inside this quality home and continue to be impressed with the bamboo floors, 32 course ceilings and ducted Daikin zoned reverse cycle air conditioning.

The kitchen is truly impressive with a unique granite benchtop and breakfast bar, feature splashback, stainless steel oven, corner pantry, plentiful soft closing cupboards and draws. Overlooking the light and bright dining and family rooms.

The master bedroom is carpeted, spacious in design and features a walk-in-robe and a light and bright ensuite with double sliding french doors, deluxe spa bath, glass shower screen, feature sink and large vanity. This ensuite can also be accessed from the second bedroom, making this property perfect for couples on different work schedules not wanting to disturb the other. The rear bedroom leading out to the alfresco is huge and would be the perfect guest bedroom, games room or work studio, the options are endless.

As you head out to the alfresco this light and bright home is further enhanced by floor to ceiling windows and an impressive raked ceiling to the alfresco. Complete with cafe blinds, fan and decking, plus two gas points for a BBQ and gas heating should you desire. The backyard is very low maintenance and has automatic reticulation, so there is simply nothing for you to do, but sit back and relax!

Success overview

The suburb of Success is named after the ship commanded by Captain James Stirling when he visited and explored the Swan River in 1827. The name was approved for the suburb in 1973, although the boundaries have since been changed. In 1968 the PMG discussed the naming of the area with the Cockburn Shire Council who suggested "Omeo", apparently after a ship that went ashore at Coogee around the turn of the century. Investigation showed that this name was duplicated in Victoria and eventually, the name Success was proposed.
