This Quality home rests on an enormous 1952m2 block, with zoning allowing for future subdivision, But with a home like this would you want to?
With far-reaching water views over the Estuary to the Peninsula and into Bunbury City.
Every day is a different view, the colours, the sunsets, the City Lights, not to forget the graceful Swans and frolicking dolphins.
And if, sitting on the deck soaking all that in, is not your cup of tea, how about an evening stroll along the water's edge or scooping a few crabs and the convenience of straight back home

Located conveniently across the road from Australind shopping centre, hidden behind the tall brick wall, the convenience of the circular driveway is perfect to get in or out.
With powered 6x6m workshop in the centre and ample room for parking multiple vehicles.

From the drive through double carport at the front of the home step up into the portico that leads into the front door.
Timber floors span throughout the living areas from front to back.
The children's wing is off to the left with 2 queen-size bedrooms, built-in robes and easy access to the master bathroom, so big and spacious with a bath, separate shower and w/c.
The entrance from the garage is at the end of the hallway.

The 3rd bedroom and the master suite are off to the right. A huge room with windows commanding those fantastic views to the west, a spacious walk-in robe as you would expect, but just wait till you see the ensuite, freshly updated, quality tiling, separate shower, separate w/c and the big deep feature oval spa bath and plenty of room for both of you.
Off the entrance hall through double sliders, a kid's activity room. Then the laundry with access out to the breezeway. Then to the right the study nook again with a view!

Through to the rear, and oh the views right across the rear of the home.
The central kitchen has recently been renovated, the vaulted ceiling a feature of its own, with a huge granite top island bench, where all the family likes to congregate!
All looking over the family and dining area, through the bifold doors that open the rear of the home all way up and invite you out to the full-length wrap-around deck….
Many an evening will be spent here, year-round as the light changes and the sunsets perform for you every evening!

And yes of course there is a theatre room tucked quietly behind the bedrooms…
So, if a luxurious waterfront home, has been on your Wishlist, this is the perfect opportunity, as they so rarely become available, especially in this location and so close to the water's edge!
