Large Shed

Looking for a home with a large shed? Look no further. Built in 1994 you know this home will be solid, let's face it homes built in this era didn't have big bedrooms like houses of today but this does have a great sized master bedroom with an ensuite and the minor bedrooms rooms do fit queen and double beds in them but big enough for a guest room or the kids.

This home has a front formal lounge and could be a games room as the current owner uses it for, the living area is fantastic! Raised ceilings in this open plan dining/ family/games room give this home a feeling spaciousness and with the split system air conditioner and the wood combustion heater has the seasons all covered.

Outside is a really long entertaining patio flowing from the double car garage, drive through to the 6x6 workshop that is extra high to cater for car lifts if you are mechanically inclined. There is a wonderful rocked are circling a fire pit and low maintenance gardens.

This home is perfect for first home buyers, tradies, downsizers and retirees as lock and leave.

The home is an express sale, simply put if you like it then make an offer to the owner as all reasonable offers will be presented. Book your inspection today as it won't last long with a shed this size.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
