ROOM TO MOOOVE

4000sqm in fact.

AND....it is perfectly located in The Darling Fields Estate, where you will find all the blocks are a similar size in this very appealing 'Golden Triangle' of Maida Vale smack bang in the geographical centre of Perth.

Built in the mid-eighties, you may think it is a little dated in parts, but the superior location soon has you overcoming this fact coupled with the many features on offer here including:

* Four bedrooms all with robes
* Ensuite + main bathroom with full size bath and separate WC
* Two separate good size living areas
* Feature solid polished jarrah floorboards
* Ducted evaporative cooling, slow combustion fire + solar water heater
* Oversize covered outdoor entertaining area
* Below ground pool
* Double carport + monster 9 x 6m powered workshop
* Drive in/drive out driveway & plenty of access to rear of property

One of the best features would have to be the large (and I mean large) grassed back yard just calling out for some footy posts/soccer goals at either end or of course, whatever takes your fancy.

There is very little available in this prestigious Estate, let alone at this price.

Interest is bound to be strong. We look forward to welcoming you at the Home Open.

Maida Vale overview

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.

Life in Maida Vale

Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
