Stepping onto the grounds of this stunning 1918-built character home feels like walking into a living, breathing storybook - where every brick, every beam, every bloom, and every gain of wood has a story to tell. Hidden behind lush, botanic-style gardens, the home emerges proudly, wrapped in greenery, vibrant bursts of colour, and old-world stunning charm that simply can't be recreated in today's world.
The grand, tree-lined pathway leads you to a home that welcomes you with the warmth of its country soul. High, soaring ceilings crown the oversized rooms - spaces so generously sized, even a king and queen would feel right at home. Original jarrah floorboards and rich wooden architraves line the hallways and frame the bedrooms, while cozy built-in fireplaces and handcrafted mantlepieces whisper tales of family gatherings and winter nights by the fire.
The heart of the home beats strong with multiple living areas, each layered with timeless features - think a classic built-in bar tucked against exposed red brick, a statement brass chimney rising proudly from a warm formal lounge, and beautiful exposed timber beams running overhead. Every turn, every detail here radiates a sense of craftsmanship, character, and enduring style.
The exterior is just as captivating - a peaceful, private paradise where winding stone pathways lead you through established gardens, secret sitting nooks, thriving fishponds, and bursts of greenery that soothe the soul. A single carport to the front welcomes your arrival, while rear access invites you to explore the two expansive workshops, ideal for the craftsman, collector, or dreamer needing extra space.
Wrapped in a classic verandah and situated proudly on a sprawling 1012sqm of land, this home is a rare gem - an enchanting slice of history, lovingly preserved, offering the perfect balance of grandeur, tranquillity, and potential.
