Nestled in a leafy Woodvale enclave, neighbouring the Nature Reserve, Chichester Park, and within convenient proximity to the local shopping complex, this superb four-bedroom, two-bathroom ticks all the boxes with spacious interior living and a dream outdoor domain.
Designed to accommodate the needs of a family, the sprawling floorplan is amplified by high ceilings and features ample space to live, work and play, including a carpeted front lounge, a sunken activity room and an executive study. This is all surplus to the open-plan, light-filled, heart of the home which comes anchored by a well-appointed kitchen, complete with ample storage and quality appliances.
The interior domain opens out seamlessly to the rear alfresco – a sure-favourite to host gatherings of family and friends. Easy-care gardens meet a stretch of lawn which opens to the glistening below-ground pool, all keeping the kids and pets busy for hours.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the master quarters boast a degree of separation and privacy from the other rooms, along with a walk-in robe and en suite. The remaining three well-sized bedrooms (all with built-ins) occupy the rear-wing, along with the second bathroom and an activity area.
