Almost as rare as the great mythical beast itself, is a home on Cedar way for under $400,000!
Cedar way is one of the very best streets in Forrestfield, in part due to the stunning parklands which wrap around and include huge majestic trees, a winter creek, bridges and open spaces galore. And in this market it is almost unthinkable that in 2021, a beautiful home with all the work already done, would become available for only $399,000
Almost unthinkable, but actually true!
Putting aside the first class location for a moment, importantly the home is really awesome too!
The bathroom is fully renovated and includes a claw-foot tub, and is a semi en-suite with direct access to the master bedroom. There is a front and rear lounge area, plus a separate dining - so living space is in no shortage here!
The kitchen is the central hub of the home and connects to the dining room, and both the living areas.
The solar powered home includes window shutters for the good looks, and roller shutters for security. There is a MASSIVE patio area for entertaining and plenty of open parking spaces for your guests.
This beauty will not wait long, so make sure you get to the home open this weekend and get in touch with the Mitchell Brothers if you need any further information

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
