A Secret Sanctuary You Will Absolutely Adore!

Tucked away to the rear and off the street lies this charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence that is invitingly elegant and will impress the likes of down-sizers and first-home buyers seeking something functional, versatile and easy to live in.

Impeccably presented throughout, this contemporary abode is set peacefully behind a driveway security gate and boasts an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area at the heart of it all. The kitchen on its own is sleek and modern with white shaker-style cabinetry, glass splashbacks, an under-bench oven, gas cooktop, a stainless-steel range hood, dishwasher, generous pantry, a feature island with a glossy Jarrah bench top and casual seating, plenty of preparation and storage space and a computer nook for good measure.

All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, including the larger master suite that comes complete with its very own renovated ensuite bathroom – walk-in rain shower, vanity, toilet and all. The study is brilliant in its flexibility and can easily be utilised as – and converted into – a fourth bedroom if need be.

Designed for private entertaining in the seclusion of your hidden front yard, the pitched patio-come-alfresco deck splendidly overlooks a leafy pergola, just in case some extra outdoor space is required. There is also a paved back courtyard for sitting and contemplating, as well as a lovely backyard lawn patch with a mature lemon tree in the corner.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
