The current owners have thoroughly updated the interior with new light fittings, floor coverings, a fresh coat of paint and revarnished timber trims. You could simply unpack the bags and walk across the road to enjoy family time at Harry Riseborough oval.
Featuring a logical design the living areas are situated together along one side of the home and all bedrooms along the other.
The entry opens into both living spaces; at the front of the home is a separate lounge room with a wide window and reverse cycle air conditioning, and at the back a good sized kitchen/meals.
The kitchen is original but in great shape, this offers more than enough cupboards extending across a decent amount of space. The size and layout of the room is brilliant for those who would install their own kitchen as there is plenty of flexibility to accommodate overhead cupboards or a pantry. A sliding door gives direct access to outside which is where the owner had plans to install timber decking for entertaining.
The three bedrooms have been freshly painted and carpeted, the main bedroom is a good size and all of them are situated nearby the bathroom which features a separate bath, separate shower and extra storage in the in-built mirror cabinet.
There is also a good sized laundry with an adjoining W.C.
The property outside has a simple treed yard with garden beds dotted around and a convenient paved driveway giving access down the side of the home to a 6x6 metre workshop with a 3 metre lean to in the back yard.
Set in a family friendly location approximately 300 metres to Mundaring's bustling centre, opposite a sports oval and walking distance to two local primary schools this well placed 1796sqm property has all you could need close by.

Permanent settlement in Mundaring began in 1882-84 when Mr Peter Gugeri established a vineyard south of the Eastern Railway. The first railway siding at Mundaring was named after him and for some years the area was generally known as "Gugeris". A later settler, M H Jacoby, took over Gugeris' vineyards in 1893, and named the business the "Mundaring Vineyard Company". The name came from an Aboriginal camp situated nearby and the meaning given to Jacoby by the aborigines was "a high place on a high place". The correct pronunciation was "Mundahring" but common usage has gradually converted this to "Mundairing".
