Nurturing & Nostalgic
'61 Cotherstone Road' is one of those homes that make you feel nostalgic, nurtured and right at home. Its endearing elevated street presence, yesteryear limestone foundations, Jarrah floors and an abundance of home grown produce from your very own orchard sets the scene and the vibe for this much loved family home. Not surprising it's been home to the current owners for the past 30 years which makes it even more special to the new buyers to carry on such a much loved legacy.
Embracing its original charm of the 1960's, later additions have turned this classic into a spacious open plan four bedroom two bathroom home including a large open plan kitchen and family room, separate large dining area and a spacious lounge room. The fourth bedroom is also large enough and conveniently located off the family room to become the ideal games or children's activity room.
Externally this home is best suited to the green thumbs and self sustainable families who want to grow their own fruit and vegetables with an already established mini orchard, raised vegetable beds and all reticulated via a bore. Gated side access and full fencing provides the perfect safe haven for kids and pets and also provides easy drive through access to the backyard and carport / patio. A single garage is also featured at the front of the property.
If your one who loves a little yesteryear charisma, extra living space and a very convenient location close to schools, reserves, bus stops and the Kalamunda Village then I suggest you make a time sooner rather than later to inspect this Nostalgic and Nurturing property.
