HEAR THAT?? THAT'S OPPORTUNITY KNOCKING...

A fabulous opportunity awaits a keen purchaser who has the foresight to see how this duckling can be transformed into a glorious swan!

Enormous 1975 built 3 bedroom home has been a single owner home since the early 1980's, but now the home is in need of a complete modernisation to give it a whole new lease of life.

Set on a brilliant 993sqm corner block that offers great potential for a workshop or garden development, all 3 bedrooms have built in robes, the man living area is simply ENORMOUS (oil heater not working), there is a 3yo DUCTED REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, a spacious kitchen dining area with sliding door access to the rear patio and garden area, plus there is a single lock up garage with an auto roller door.

So – it's BIG, it's BOLD, it's an OPPORTUNITY and yes, it needs a complete makeover – but a small already modernised will always be small! Modernised – this home will always be LARGE ….. and in time, be simply beautiful.

Now it's all up to you...

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
