This beautifully presented three-bedroom, one-bathroom home is sure to impress anyone looking for a comfortable home at a very comfortable price!
Set on a huge 711 m² block with very good side access from the front to the back you will be very happy to secure such an excellent property.
INSIDE
The kitchen is an absolute delight, with beautiful presentation and high-quality Bosch appliances. It is an absolute delight to look at and a tremendous place to work.
The main living area is of a good size and the polished Jarrah floorboards are a beautiful feature in this warm and inviting space.
The three bedrooms are all well designed and the master bedroom features air conditioning and the bedroom used as a study boasts built-in furniture.
OUTSIDE
For such a big block this is really pretty low maintenance. With a huge paved area that leads from the enormous front driveway through to the backyard, you will have no shortage of space to entertain or for a heap of other uses in your big backyard. You'd fit a big shed out here! The big block may allow some subdivision potential, but for more details on that, I suggest you call the City of Armadale on 9394 5000 because they'll tell you the facts.
WHERE IT IS
This is so well-positioned. Set in a cul-de-sac street this home is close to so much including parks and playgrounds. It's also within walking distance of the shopping centre, primary school, and public transport. It's an easy place to live!

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
