And the Winner is....YOU!

That’s right! This outstanding Schlager built “forever home” took out the HIA Great Southern Housing Awards 2018 for “Innovation in Housing Project of the Year” plus runner up in 3 other categories.
Perched on 9399sqm of land this 5x3 home offers plenty of room inside & out with multiple living areas perfect for intergenerational living. High ceilings throughout, outstanding quality fixtures & fittings feature including Corian Stone benchtops, Fireclay sink, Marble Hearth mixed in with some lovely marri timber drop zones, jarrah poles & spotted gum cladding is just the start. The main living/lounge/kitchen is designed to bring the outside in with clearstory windows & concertina slide window doors opening to the alfresco taking in the forest views. All this which extends to the master bedroom also taking in those views.
Downstairs options could include teenage retreat or other accommodation styles which in turn could easily be segregated from the upper level for privacy. Also, the lower drive in store area is some 120 square meters, so no need for big shed as this space has it all.
Outside there is undercover parking, switchable mains/rainwater system with UV filter, pet secured front yard. In fact the whole block has plenty of interest with parkland karri & weeping peppermint trees falling away to the south. The location is very private, settled & beautiful.
Stylish, innovative with a hint of Grand Design! For good reason, there is just too much detail to be tabled here. To this end it can only be fully appreciated with a private viewing so call me today Brett 0439100439.

Denmark overview

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.

Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
