Room for the Boat and Caravan and ALL your toys.

In an age of cookie cutter designs on ever smaller blocks, this bespoke home on a massive 873sqm North Facing block is a breath of fresh air. With a double garage plus additional parking for at least another 2 cars on the Western side PLUS HUGE hardstand with ample room for an enormous caravan and jumbo boat on the Eastern side PLUS a large shed/workshop in the backyard this home has a place for everything!

The floorplan is fantastically functional with a large theatre room adjacent to the living area giving the kids/grandkids some privacy to play their noisy video games behind closed doors and affording you the serenity to enjoy the beautiful low maintenance decked patio and yard.

Pictures paint 1,000 words and the photos and floorplan show that this bespoke home has been designed with old world character and heritage influences coupled with the practicality of modern design and layout.

The location itself is truly a hidden treasure. This exclusive pocket of Myaree is on a very quiet street and only metres from the Herb Napthally Reserve with playground, and bbq facilities plus abundant green space. Myaree overview

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.

Life in Myaree

Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
