Resting at the top of the hill, commanding stunning views from the Collie hills in the East to the Estuary in the West, 6 Blue Manna Place, Australind, is that something different that you've been searching for!
Walk up the front drive and what meets you is solid Jarrah doors that look like they belong on the entrance of some exclusive club, with original porthole windows rescued from an American maritime wreck..
Just wait until you see this quirky home, so many interesting bits and pieces, so many things to see, and so much warmth from the extensive use of solid Jarrah.

Walking in the front door, where you will find, another original porthole!
Off to the left a room of so many uses, study? a fourth bedroom, or even a craft room. On the opposite side lies the master bedroom with a wall of built-in robes.
Down the hall, another two bedrooms again both have three doors of robes, this home does not lack storage that is for sure!
All with easy access to the master bathroom with natural light from the Jarrah framed, church like windows, the laundry has matching windows as well and opens out to what once was the carport, but an amazing room, currently harbouring a boat restoration, but again could be a studio a workshop, even a games room whatever you need it to be, totally private and quiet from the rest of the house.

Off the entrance, the Jarrah stairwell leads upstairs, the kids are going to fight over this room, an awesome multifaceted ceiling with Dorma windows, commanding views in every direction, and yes, you can open them in summer when it gets a little warm but going to be a great winter room.

Back through to the living area, the kitchen is a great space, boasting light coloured natural timber doors, with built-in pantry, wall oven and hotplate, the perfect amount of space to cook up a storm. The window conveniently looks out over the alfresco area.

The spacious central meals area overlooks the lounge room and commands, the most amazing views, and let's not forget those sunsets! The living area has been designed because of the 180° view to give you an outlook, no matter where you look.
And for those summer nights, for entertaining with friends, the gabled alfresco has a cool deck ceiling, and is fully enclosed with mesh to keep out the nasties…

The interesting block has a great garden, which can be as low maintenance as you require.

But don't take my word for it. Make sure you this week's home open…
This inviting home is just not going to last…. for the current owners, it's time to move on, now it's time for you to come and make your own mark and enjoy the lifestyle this Hilltop home has to offer.
