UNDER OFFER

This property is a really unique offering to the market.

Perched high on an elevated block overlooking the trees and fairways and located in the highly sought after “islands estate” will see you gazing across the beautiful views from the generously sized covered alfresco area. No matter what the wind and weather conditions are like just drop the electric alfresco blinds and continue entertaining family and friends.
The properties Northerly orientation allows for the home to be light and bright as well as warm in winter and cool in summer.

What makes this property so special is its design and of course its amazing high specification fit out. The home offers a purpose-built separate living “studio” that includes full kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living areas which can be separated from the main home however also has its own private access. The “studio” is already holiday let approved and currently makes a good income and everyone that stays loves the property.
This design also caters for several buying and living options.
• FIFO workers that want to stop renting buy a home and can still rent the main home out when they are away at work to generate an income while living in the “studio”.
• People working from home that want a separate section to work and meet clients in.
• People who need to look after elderly family members from home but still need separate space.
• Families that just want a large 4-bedroom 3-bathroom 2 kitchen home.
• Holiday/ weekender home where you permanently rent part out but still have your section available for weekends and holidays!
• An investment holiday home that would be popular with several accommodation options available

The main section is a magnificently appointed home from top to bottom highlighted by raised ceilings, spacious open living plans, chef’s kitchen, and scullery. There are too many features of the home to mention so some are listed below.

• Stone benchtops throughout home
• 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens
• Beautiful “neutral” beachy colour palette
• Fully reticulated limited maintenance gardens
• Solar panels
• Aggregate alfresco area with drop down high wind rated blinds.
• Massive separate kitchen scullery prep area in main section.

Dunsborough overview

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.

Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
