It's not every day that two and a half acres of flat usable land becomes available THIS close to Perth's CBD.
Factor in a winter creek, a 100sqm (approx.) shed, a baby 48sqm (approx.) shed, a children's playground, a chook run and an absolutely immaculate late 90's built five-bed, two-bath & study home and we believe many buyers will have all boxes ticked!
After making your way through the electric gated entrance and across the winter creek, the next thing you notice is the gumnuts! City of Kalamunda aficionados will recognize these as an exact replica of the ones appearing in roundabouts in Kalamunda, High Wycombe & Forrestfield and yes, they were made by the same person and are the only other set in existence!
It's hard to find fault in this beautiful, much loved family property with features including but not limited to:
• Five double bedrooms
• Modern ensuite with corner spa, twin vanities & separate WC
• Stunning main bathroom with full size bath, shower and separate WC
• Separate study next to entrance
• Formal dining & adjoining lounge room

• Open plan meals and family room with soaring ceilings & natural gas fire
• Games room with built in bar
• Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout

We look forward to greeting you at the Home Open.

Track propertyThis area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
