This property is a standout for the area. The quality build shows with this home being in the same family for almost 40 years and it is still faultless.
Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a sun-room or sitting room, which is the perfect place to have your favourite chair with a good book and enjoy the Winter sunshine.
Downstairs there is a home office, plus 3 separate living areas. The modern kitchen overlooks the outdoor entertaining area and the Billiard room provides the perfect entertaining space with direct access to the alfresco and swimming pool area. The pool area is new and looks amazing, there is composite decking, fake grass and a cantilevered shade area which will be the main hang-out in Summer. This area is designed to be low-maintenance and to maximize your enjoyment.
Outside there is a 12m x 8m Shed (approx). and loads of space to create your own landscape design.
There is approximately 3 acres of Macadamia nuts which the owners have had a as hobby and also they sell the nuts - If you are not Nuts for Nuts, then you can remove the trees and create more open paddock space. There is already about 5 acres that is untouched parkland, and would be the ideal location for some horse paddocks or riding arena.
• You could set this up as a Horse property
• Or build a Big Shed and have a great workshop
• Or keep the Macadamia trees and expand the orchard to enrich your green thumb.
Similar properties have been selling in the MID $1,000,000 (which means between $1,250,000 - $1,750,000) and these owners would love the opportunity to rent back for a period of 3-6 months (however not a requirement).
This is one of the best quality / and neatest homes we have seen in The Valley. You really must come and see this to appreciate it.

The name "Millendon" for a suburb in the Upper Swan area commemorates the historic property of Western Australia's first Advocate-General, George Fletcher Moore. Moore, an Irishman, arrived in the Colony in 1830 and in 1833 obtained land in the Swan Valley which he named "Millendon". Moore's land began to be subdivided in 1914, and was developed into large lots suitable for agriculture.
Millendon is renowned for its wineries including Lamont's, Fig Tree, Kat Gully, Olive Farm, Nelson Estate and much more. Only short drive to shops, services and schools, this peaceful suburb is located only a short distance to the famous Swan Valley.
