HOME OPEN CANCELLED - with apologies for the short notice
This home is absolutely value optimised!
Not only is it a stunning and stylish home, with an INCREDIBLE outdoors entertainment area, below ground pool AND side access to a shed - but it also has development potential thanks to the R20/30 zoning.
The current tenants take excellent care of the home and would love to stay longer if possible, so this would make an easy investment decision all things considered, with an income stream on day one of ownership possible. It would also make an exception first home too, as it ticks almost all the boxes we're ever asked to tick by Forrestfield first home buyers.
The outdoors living space is the kind of area you can easily imagine spending a lot of time in, whether it's a quiet afternoon with a book, a rowdy and exciting day by the pool, or a super awesome party into the evening - you could easily spend a full day just outside alone!
Inside has been really nicely renovated and when the roller shutters come up, a, lot of natural light sweeps through the main living area making it warm, homely and inviting.
If you need more information on how a potential retain and build sub-division might work, we're happy to talk about that too - and if you get really serious we can put you in touch with some even exporter experts on the topic too.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
