Meet Holiday! She is teeny tiny, exceptionally polite, and quite possibly the quietest housemate that you will ever have. She is wonderful with children, enjoys a cuddle when the mood strikes, but is equally happy doing her own thing – the perfect mix of cuddly and independent.
When the family are outside, Holiday loves to join them, happily pottering around the yard and enjoying the sunshine. She has no desire to wander the neighbourhood and is quite content to come back inside with the family when they do. She is simply looking for a lovely new household to share her home with.
So, if you are a genuine cat lover, the idea of gaining an adorable little feline housemate appeals to you, AND you are looking for a great family home, in a sought-after Padbury location, keep reading …
The house itself is a gorgeous four-bedroom, two-bathroom family home, or alternatively three bedrooms plus a study, offering comfortable living spaces and family friendly features.
At the front of the home is a welcoming lounge room complete with a wood-burning fireplace, while the modernised kitchen sits alongside a spacious dining and sitting area, creating a practical hub for everyday family life. With wood look flooring, natural light and neutral décor throughout, this home is stylish, low-maintenance, and easy to make your own.
The master bedroom features a stunning, renovated ensuite and built-in robe, while two further bedrooms each include built-in robes. A central main bathroom and separate second toilet add convenience for busy households. Comfort is well catered for with ducted evaporative air-conditioning throughout.
Outside, there is an enclosed rear yard with a lawn area and patio, providing plenty of space for children, entertaining and, of course, Holiday to enjoy some fresh air. There is also a separate gated front yard, a single carport and additional driveway parking.
And the best part? You are not just renting a house – you are potentially gaining Holiday as your teeny tiny, very polite, and completely adorable new housemate (PS Holiday comes with her own food subscription for delivery each month and more information is available from the agent upon request).

Tenant checkPadbury was named in 1971 after the notable Western Australian settler Walter Padbury (a street in Padbury is also named him, Walter Padbury Boulevard). Several locations in the north section of Padbury bordering on the main road of Whitfords Avenue take on the name Whitfords. The South East corner of the suburb also goes by the name of Hepburn Heights and the most eastern part of Padbury is often called Pinnaroo Heights.
Located in the City of Joondalup, Padbury is home to Padbury Shopping Centre which includes an IGA, fast food outlets and a bottle shop. McDonald's Park is a popular place for families with a kids playground and is home to the Whitfords Football Team home ground. There are four primary schools in the area (Padbury Primary School, Bambara Primary School, South Padbury Primary School and Padbury Catholic Primary School) and one high school - Padbury Senior High School.
