Good strong Offers - not on the money YET. As at 5/02/22

STILL time for you to buy this well located ,bigger than normal, 3 bedroom brick & tile home just around the corner from the popular Woodlupine Primary school. So much more to enjoy from here.

ARE you ready, really ready to BUY ? MY new offering( listing ) to you is a CLASSIC 1970's solidly built brick & tile home with a practicable durable floorplan not readily
found in the NEWER built homes these days. WHAT does that mean in real terms- WALK through into a large entry foyer with a built in cloak cupboard from the front door,
immediately see the feature ' CLINKER red bricks ' , turn left into the large front lounge - dining area , turn right into the large CENTRAL kitchen with spacious " Brekky Bar/
benchtop " overlooking your family room- casual meals area. All three bedrooms are a good size and all have built in robes ( with draws ) . WAIT to you see the set up in the
backyard !
The late owner was of European descent - who loved his gardens- growing areas- plenty of good clean water from his own bore to look after all and sundry in his care.
Built himself an open HUT with a tin roof ,with brick pavers underfoot, at the LHS rear of property with his tinkering shed alongside and in front of his below ground pool.
The rest of the backyard set up will be in the pictures loaded onto all the popular real estate portals- they will tell a great story and the " getting the real feel for this well
loved property" will come from your own private inspection. THERE is work to be done here- no question about that - and if you are up for the challenge and a D I Y sort of
family , then your ability to visualize the END PRODUCT will be forth coming. IT will become a ' labour of LOVE' in such a WONDERFUL location as Solandra way.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
