THIS ONE HAS GOT A LOT – OFFERS ABOVE $725,000

It’s got a lot of blood sweat and tears to be spilt, it’s got a lot of work to do, it’s got a great location, it’s got a big 728 sqm block, it’s got three bedrooms, it’s got brick and tile construction, it’s got split system air conditioners, but what it’s got most is potential.

This is a very rare opportunity to purchase a home that needs everything done to it, no need to undo what somebody else has done, make your mark, right from start. You could renovate the existing home, extend and renovate the home or knock it over and build your dream home, plenty of options here.

The location is highly sought after, surrounded by newly renovated or newly built homes in a quiet street with easy access to parks, schools, shops and transport.
