This granny flat isn't just put at the end of the garden you enter via the main living area so, if any elderly people are staying there and heaven forbid they have a fall, one you will be able to hear them, and two get to them quickly, that is something that alot of people don't think about. The granny flat as you can see has a large living and dining area plus a full kitchenette with a cook top, tonnes of cupboard space and then the master has even more storage! It really is an awesome space, but if its just you and the kids then it becomes another teenage retreat or even your own space!

The second surprise is the workshop, no that's not a typo, this home comes with a workshop that has its own access from the shared driveway, so now you can stop looking at big blocks you don't want just because you want a workshop, this has its very own right here. The third trick and this is something that any parent will love is the laundry shoot from the second bathroom, now the kids have no excuse not to put their dirty clothes in the wash basket.
