UNDER OFFER IN DAYS.

We are really sorry but due to an offer being accepted, we are no longer able to show this home.

Amazing investment opportunity here, a simply immaculate 3 bed home, gated entry, R20/40 with side access and over 350sqm out the back plus the location is superb so - let's start there.

Location: 4 blocks from the Woodlupine primary but not in that "too close to be noisy" way if you don't have kids yet. If you do have kids that go to school you can get 30 minutes extra sleep and watch them walk to school. Priceless. 325 metres to the main Shopping Centre and medical facilities so you can chuck the car away, especially seeing you are about 12 blocks from transport. All of that, yet it's a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parks too. Massive Tick!

Presentation: Unbelievable. These owners are fastidious. Fuly restored roof, gutters, eaves all fantastic - that might seem a small thing but in my experience they are the key signs of how well a property has been looked after. A brand new fence across the front with a gated entry has been added, there are lovely lawns and gardens, quality soft furnishings and reverse cycle air. Add in new robes in the bedrooms with mirror sliding doors, and an updated super tidy, well laid out kitchen. And then there is a design that is easily furnished too. If you are worried about maintenance costs going forward, we've absolutely got you covered here - this is all done! Tick.

Zoning: This is like the free set of steak knives deal because wait - there IS more! This home is zoned R20/40 so the options are simply endless. There is a simply brilliant access way to the back yard if you want to think sub-dividing but of course, you must pick up the phone and talk to planning and make sure you can get all the necessary approvals from WAPC etc. Ask about retian and build or maybe a triplex later?! That said, the size of the land out back should make this ever so easy if and there is even a concrete pad for the new workshop you always wanted! Imagine having a well zoned house SO close to the action? Tick, Tick, Tick!

With vacant possession you can move in, land bank and watch it grow or you can rent it out and get some negative gearing happening. Either way, this is a brilliant home to add to your portfolio. So, call me - Andrew Fisher - or just send an enquiry and we will get back to you and set up a private viewing at your convenience! How easy is that!

We look forward to showing you around.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
