Good Honest Family Home

Looking for a good honest sturdy reliable family home? Then look right here. Situated on 555m2 block and although it doesn't look it, it's actually quite a big home.

A massive master bedroom with dual walk-in robes and a large ensuite with his and her showers and feature of the master suite. At the front of the home is a theatre room, every home needs one of these today and a huge open planned living/dining games room area. The kitchen is not forgotten with large bench space, plenty of cupboards and a pantry and not to forget the dishwasher. The split system air conditioner does a great job in cooling the home in summer and warming the home in winter plus there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms to give you a cool breeze at night. Like I said it's a solid home with quality carpets and timber look flooring throughout, stainless steel cooking appliances and quality fixtures and fittings all around, it's the little things people don't see usually.

Outdoors is a little holiday oasis with a gabled roof patio with timber deck flooring surrounded by palms in the garden. In the back yard, there is enough room for the kids to play with and a garden shed to store the tools and lawnmower.

Kingston is a great family area with beautiful parks, some well renowned schools and a fantastic community sports center that caters to everyone, there's even an indoor pool at the rec center.
