The only thing better than a beautiful, rentable property on a retain and build potential block, is when it is exactly that AND on a corner!
The reason is simple, you can create a new property here with direct street access to Cypress Road, without the need to muck around with battle-axe shapes and without wasting land on driveways.
This home is located in a quiet part of Forrestfield, only metres away from the popular Redgum Estate area too! Access to main arterial roads is a piece of cake and the new bus route to the almost complete train station has been proposed to come right down Cypress Road too! (not yet finalised - currently open to public consultation)
Two recent similar projects in Forrestfield resulted in the newly created blocks selling for just over $200,000 (both settled earlier this year - happy to share some more details if asked)
And if you're not interested in developing, you're still going to love this home, as it's one of the best looking 3x1's in the area and would be an absolutely awesome first home or downsize option!
It has gated side access, a lovely kitchen, multiple living areas inside and and expansive patio out back. And my personal favourite feature - a gorgeous mature MANGO tree!! And they say money doesn't grow on trees - but mangos do and they're not cheap!!
This is it guys, your ideal property has been located on the corner of Hicks and Cypress Road, but call the Mitchell Brothers ASAP as this will likely not wait long

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
