Key Features:

• Throughout the Home: Stunning timber flooring, quality carpet in the three rear bedrooms, and walls of oversized windows flood the home with natural light. Ducted A/C throughout, plus a reverse-cycle split system in the master bedroom, automated roller shutters on all four bedrooms and the formal living area will ensure year-round comfort, style, and privacy for you and your family.

• Bedrooms: The main bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring not one but two walk-in wardrobes and a lavish ensuite with dual vanities, a double shower, and WC - makes it perfect for couples. In the rear wing, three generously sized bedrooms each come with built-in robes for ample storage. One bedroom offers convenient semi-ensuite access to the main bathroom, ideal for guest privacy or family flexibility.

• Living Areas: Step into a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that offers a seamless view and entry to the backyard. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a generous pantry, while a shopper's entry from the garage makes unloading groceries a breeze. An office nook allows for focused work, and stylish downlighting adds a modern touch. The formal lounge room, enclosed by elegant, lockable French doors, could also be used as a potential home cinema (as per the original builders plan) or even a fifth bedroom to suit your family's needs - think toddlers you want sleeping close by in the early years.

• Bathroom and Laundry: The main bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and bathtub, while a separate oversized laundry offers ample space for sorting laundry with ease, plus side house access and a WC.

• Garage: The double garage features a remote roller door and two entry doors-one with direct access to the kitchen and the other with side access to the outdoor entertaining area.

• Outdoors: The alfresco area under the main roof connects seamlessly to the open-plan living area, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow. A Jarrah deck currently hosts a cubby house, and a patio with power is complemented by a powered garden shed. The concrete driveway wraps around to the front entrance and porch for easy access.

• Landscaping: A vibrant, established hedge and lush, perfectly-kept gardens create a serene backdrop. Thanks to a fully installed reticulation system, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the beauty without any hassle!

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake.
