LOOK NO FURTHER FOR VALUE FOR MONEY!!!

Look no further!!! If you are wanting an amazing opportunity to be able to add value to a property then this is the one. Situated on one title is this four bedroom home that has two living areas and the owner has already started some of the renovations but circumstances have prevailed and is unable to finish. Come in and put in new floorcoverings and finish off the painting and you will have a great home to either make your own or lease out. The rental return once completed would probably be around $300 per week. Add to this, a second title of 769sqm where you could build your dream home while residing in the current home and then have the income from that coming in to assist with the payment of your mortgage. In one of the quietest areas in Narrogin, you wont be bothered by traffic or neighbours too close so this could really be the ideal investment. If you are handy with a paint brush and dont mind getting your hands a bit dirty then this is definitely the one.

Narrogin overview

The townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.

Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
