The finer things in life are usually unique and nearly always custom designed and this falls squarely into those categories. This one year old, one of a kind, architecturally designed family home in Forrestfield is now on the market and one lucky family will get a dream home way below value when they buy this.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a theater, open plan living and a luxury fit out that is simply too big to list, this is a jaw dropping property and must be seen to fully realise the quality of finishing on offer. Thinking of building? Forget grants - this is so far below build cost, you couldn't even get close to owning this for the asking price with or without Mr Morrison's help! And what's more - its only 1 year old so you have nearly a full new build warranty!

Built on one of the areas best streets that is simply immaculate, this property is built at the rear of the owners original family home by a quality Master Builder. Modernly minimalist, this was created with Passive Solar design principles in mind and has been positioned and fitted out to make it light, livable and efficient.

With a massive solar panel grid hidden away on the skillion roof and a system that is full battery ready - you won't have to worry about power consumption. It's got double glazing throughout, a brilliant curtain / fly-screen system, bespoke curtains and finishing and top end light fittings, cabinetry and electronics.

Flooring is luxurious and super easy care as well with polished concrete used extensively with upscale soft carpets in the bedrooms.

The kitchen has an on demand boiling water service, a deluxe built in Oven and Microwave, stunning stone bench-tops and a built in fridge and freezer. And as you can see from the photos - the bathrooms are just gorgeous and the guests even have a full powder room (of course!).

The open plan living is wonderful and the soaring windows (all double glazed) have full length luxury curtains. You could easily add an outdoor area here to the front and bring all that lovely outside in.

All upstairs bedrooms have currently have large robe recesses and they can be turned into Robes easily - we will talk about that in the price.

Other features on offer include electronic gates with app controlled camera entry system and a massive, extra height garage. There is simple, but beautiful landscaping that just works with this house so well.

I saw this place first in the sunset and that is when you should see it too. The lovely glimpses on offer and the sheer elegance and upmarket feel of this home are simply delightful at that time of day, so I would suggest making a time to come and see it today and check out all the lovely surprises on offer - some of which I will keep to myself for now!! Owners are motivated and this is priced thousands below replacement.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield
